Pro-Active Citizens' Trust (PACT) is a TRUST recently formed by a group of concerned Mumbai-based citizen activists to support genuine public-spirited citizens across India who suffer false charges, false arrests, threats, attacks and intimidation by self-serving parties with vested interests whom such courageous citizens are attempting to expose.
